Quick fixes

Most display issues come from stale mobile browser cache or a team not being followed on that device.

  1. 1Tap RefreshUse the refresh button at the top of the app to pull the newest saved data.
  2. 2Check the Teams tabMake sure the team says Following on that same phone or tablet.
  3. 3Open the tournament selectorIf multiple tournaments are listed, confirm the right event is selected.
  4. 4Use the official linkEvery team and bracket card includes source links when they are available.

Report an issue

Send the tournament name, team name, division, and a screenshot if possible.
